To the family of Paul E. Conroy:
Please accept my condolences over your deep loss.
Mr. Conroy was among the last of a vanishing breed of true journalists who believed that journalistic ethics and the public's right to know took precedence over corporate profits. He also was a loving family man as tributes from family members and friends at his rosary services attest.
