Mr. Conway came to Hasbrouck Heights High School in my senior year (class of ‘67). He was loved and respected as a history teacher as well as our new basketball coach. May he Rest in Eternal Peace and my sincerest condolences to his family.

Mr Conway is remembered as a great history teacher that instilled a love of history that remained with me through life. The memory of bringing the "Cinderella" team to the state championship is one that I will always remember and have shared many times with friends and family. God Bless.

As a member of the 1965 St. Michael's H.S. State Championship team I will always remember Coach Conway and, under his direction, we fought back from a disappointing regular season to win the State Championship. I will never forget him and will add him to my prayer list.
God Bless You Coach!
