I reported to Paul in June of 1971on the I-90, Lark-Dove project. This was inspecting about 5 miles of I-90 from the Patroon Island Bridge to Everett Road. Paul was deputy to Jim White, the Resident Engineer. He was an inspiration to work with and I am glad to read that he had a distinguished career.

Dear Phyllis, I love you! What a beautiful journey the two of you shared. Beth Perry
