Not sure what to say?

Thank you, Mr. Corcoran, for the anonymous bouquet of flowers you sent me on my first day of teaching at Free State in fall 2023. I figured out it was you - and was not the least bit surprised. I never had you as a teacher yet you still kept up with my life and provided encouragement and joy. I am certain that joy will continue to accompany you wherever your soul lands next.

What a great man Mr. Corcoran was. I was in his classes when he taught 5th and 6th grade in that one corner at Deerfield elementary. Not Bri g the best at math, he knew just how to make it click for me, to which it slowly did about mid-5th grade. He always treated me like his own daughter as I was the misfit S well. To him I will always be grateful. Rest In Peace Mr. Corcoran. Melissa Lock (Swenson) classes of 95-96

My favorite memory of Mr. Corcoran was eating lunch in his classroom with the windows open, listening to "Send Me On My Way" by Rusted Root while we hummed/sang along. His excitement and joy permeate everything he did. I ride my bike to KU every day and I think of him every time I put on that high vis vest! To have a teacher be so passionate absolutely made my middle school years. What a wonderful man with an immeasurably far-reaching impact

Ohhhh Mr. Corcoran such a wonderful college and friend. My daughter Allie truly adored you as you were her favorite of all favorite teachers. She always spoke about you. When you used now the grass across from my mom house you always made it point to come chat and check on her adventures in art. You were an amazing guy! The heavens truly got a great one! You are one of the best teachers I´ve ever had the pleasure to be around.

One of the kindest men I´ve ever known. He was one of USD 497s best ever.Paul touched more lives then you´lI ever realize. I had the pleasure of working with him at WMS & DF for some wonderful years. Prays to carry his family through this difficult time.

Awe. That was my friend. I could go on and on. I know he enjoyed his life and I know he will be missed. There's never the right thing to say. So, I will just pray that you see him smiling in every memory you have.

Mr. Corcoran was my math teacher at Deerfield Elementary. He was awesome teacher. He will be missed. Condolences to Kevin and Mary

What a wonderful teacher Mr. Corcoran was. He was one of my granddaughter's favorite teacher's at West Middle School. When she was going through her confirmation program at church, she asked him if he would be her sponsor. He excitedly accepted and told her that he was honored. He even wore his kilts to the celebration! I know he is with the angels in Heaven. God bless him!

Mr Corcoran taught me 6th grade RLA and math in 2015-16, such a kind teacher, he knew how to teach kids and give them a good laugh at the same time. I think about him and that classroom on a weekly basis. Thank you for your patience and understanding Mr Corcoran. It´s time for you to rest now. To his family, I give condolences, he loved you all so much. Until next time.
