Paul James "Jim" Decker Jr.

I am sorry for the loss of JIm. He was a guiding light both at work (FmHA and FSA) and in life. I will miss his gentle humor, this ability to see things from a different perspective and to help a person negotiate obstacles and learn. Treasure your memories, they will help you. I am happy that Jim has gone home to God and is reunited with Janet. Your family is an inspiration as were Jim and Janet. My prayers are with you.
