Not sure what to say?

Paul was my boss at the Grand Union always had a smile on his face and would make me laugh. We had to do a road trip to NYC and he made me drive the stick shift(my first time) We laughed the whole day. One of the true great ones. RIP Paul!!

It’s always a surprise to hear a good friend has left. What comes to mind are the memories and even though much time has passed, you leaving has flooded me with many. You were the first person I worked for/with at G.U. beginning way back in June 1966. Throughout our many years there we’ve shared many stories, laughs, softball games and the unforgettable softball parties at Manor Place! I’m so thankful for that day of our chance meeting at On The Hill Diner, what a nice surprise after all the...

P.J. and Kevin,
So sorry to hear about your dad. He was such a good guy, funny and I never heard him speak a bad word of anyone! My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Michael and family, my deepest condolences for the loss of your father.

My thoughts and prayers go to Paul, Ann and to all of his family. He was such a good soul and a very sweet and caring man. God Bless.

To the entire Deguire family, I am so sorry of the loss of my friend and former teamate at LSI. He was a hard nose football player who gave it his all every game. He did so much for the St Brigid's Sports program and other programs in Watervilite. RIP PAUL

The Deguire Family-I was truly saddened to hear about the passing of Paul, whose friendship started in 1957 while we were both attending LaSalle Institute. He was responsible for helping me get my job teaching/coaching at St. Brigid's in 1967. Paul was a wonderful, well-respected person, and will certainly be missed by so many. At this time, I am in South Carolina with my sister so I will not be able to pay my respects in person. Just know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Deguire family, my condolences on the loss of your dad. As a teamate with deg's at LSI, he was tough, strong and great player in the late 50's. The one play he was involved in at the Menands Raceway vs CCHS spoke of just how tough and determan he was to play ever minute. He was step on his hand by a player that was missing to cleats. He came running toward the bench, with blood flowing out of his hand, blood was every wear. Watch I saw was a huge gash, that exposed ugly tendons etc....
