Paul Albert Dentz Jr.

Please accept my deepest sympathies on your loss. I worked with Paul at Indian Hills HS for 25 years as a supervisor. We were often the last two to leave the building after 6 PM, but on most days I left before Paul! He was a dedicated educator, caring person, always had an ear for listening, and his sense of humor was greatly appreciated. My family's graves are within 100 feet of where Paul will be laid to rest and I will be sure to visit when I am at Laurel Grove.

Paul was a great friend and mentor. I went into teaching and coaching with his encouragement. He would send hours after practice continuing to train me. We had a great season at Ramapo in his last year coaching. Coach Dentz even attended my final game in college. We kept in touch after my graduation while I taught and coached.
