Not sure what to say?

Paul and I had common ground. We were the grandfathers of Cole and Madison. I will miss him at family birthday, christmas etc. parties. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word. He was very positive about everything. Our grandchildren loved their "Poppy" dearly, and we will all miss him.

My sympathies go out to the family of Paul. I was blessed to have met him while he worked for FirstMerit Bank. It was always a joy to sit down and talk to him. Paul was full of wisdom and great jokes. He was a blessing to those that had the chance to know him. I am sure that he will always be remembered by all those who knew him.

Jeannie,

I was so sorry when I read the announcement about Paul in the Beacon. Both of you were very blessed with children and grandchildren, and it sounds as if Paul was the great person that I remembered him to be. May God continue to bless you and your loved ones.
(Your homeroom buddy at Roswell Kent and Garfield.)

Mr. Dewitt was my University of Akron advisor. He was always encouraging, engaging, and sincerely interested in his students. He will be greatly missed.

Jeannie:
My deepest sympathy to you and the family. Many memories we share keep coming back to me. Dwell on the happy times and know we all love you very much.

Dear DeWitt Family: Paul was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed at The University of Akron. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Sincerely, Christine Werny

My most sincere condolences to the DeWitt family during this difficult time. I was in two of Mr DeWitt's classes at The University of Akron, he was by far my favorite and most influential teacher. A truly wonderful man and teacher, he will be missed.

Dear Jean,
I was so sorry to hear about Paul. We first work together in the early 70's in Ellet and more resent at the Stow office. Paul always had a smile on his face and alot of love for his family. God Bless you

I will always be thankful for the amazing Godly example Paul set for everyone. My prayers are with all of you suffering through this tremendous loss..."For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus."
