Rossi Funeral Home - Scotch Plains Obituary

Paul M. DiFrancesco, 78, of Scotch Plains, died on Friday, May 11, 2018.  The Funeral will be on Saturday, May 19, 2018.  Family and friends will gather at St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church, Scotch Plains for a Funeral Mass at 10am.  The Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.  The Visitation will be on Friday, May 18, 2018 at the funeral home from 5-8pm. 

Paul was a lifelong resident of Scotch Plains.  Paul graduated from Seton Hall with his B.A. in 1960.  Paul was self-employed for over 40yrs. in the Real Estate and Development.  

Paul is survived by his wife Gerlinde; his two daughters Christina Chalk, and Audrey DiFrancesco (Jon); his brother Donald DiFrancesco (Diane); his three sisters Marie Leppert, Jean Dickson, and Gloria McGowan (Gaylon); and his four grandchildren Ian Chalk, Colin Chalk, Hannah Abrams, and David Abrams.

I was saddened to learn of paul's passing. he was a good friend of my uncle joe buccellato and we would play tennis together from time to time. a pillar of scotch plains he will be missed.
