Paul Diller II

My Mom attended the Presbyterian Church with Paul and Marty. She was very fond of them both. My Brother and I went to Sunday School with Scott and Garth. I went all through school with Scott. Just lots of Lompoc memories with the Dillers. They were a great Family whom I remember with a smile. Sending heartfelt condolences to Mr. Diller´s Family and Friends. I had Mr. Diller for math years ago at Lompoc High School. It was for sure not my favorite subject, but he taught me something important that has remained helpful ever since: "learning math, or anything else, isn't hard. You just have to pick up one trick every day, and pretty soon, you'll know it." I never became a math whiz, but many times I have thought back to this comment when struggling with something new and remembered Mr. Diller with gratitude and fondness. He really had a heart...

My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow. I enjoy very much singing with him and going together as a group to events. He will be missed!!!
