Not sure what to say?

Hi Dad... I was going through some of the old emails you sent me and I hope you and Fernando are flying kites up there. I think of you often sometimes with a smile other times with tears. I know you are in a better place - I can only imagine what youd be saying if you were living through this mess we have going on today. You are truly in a better place. Mucho Love.. Dee

I was sad to hear of his passing. He was a great and fair man. Through his thrust In me, he helped me start my career 35 years ago.
Thank you for everything "CHIEF" may you rest in peace.

Dad, your light will always shine within me. You were an amazing Dad, and taught me more than you know. I will miss you every day. I love you, and I am sure you are resting peacefully now. Always your Daughter.. Dee

To the DiStefano family:

What a great boss and individual. This world could use many more like him. We were blessed to enjoy his dedication, courage, and wisdom.

A great man and a pioneer at the Springfield Police Department. Consummate professional. He advanced the department tremendously. After his retirement he joined Baystate Medical Center as Security Director - he brought his professionalism and fantastic work ethic with him. He delivered positive change and dedicated service wherever he worked.

I learned a great deal about people and police work while working for him.

Thanks "Chief" - you will be missed...
