Not sure what to say?

I met Paul when he joined the Vocal Majority Chorus of Dallas Texas. His wonderful smile and beautiful voice added so much to our chorus. Each time I saw Paul he was so glad to be in the chorus and singing with all of us.

May God Bless Paul's wonderful family and please know that there are many men of the Vocal Majority that remember Paul.

God Bless you.

Paul was such a wonderful guy and I enjoyed singing in The Vocal Majority with him for many years. His brother-in-law, Delbert Sprague, and I were great friends as well.

Paul and I happened to bump into each other at the Arlington Swap Meet this past September and probably stood and talked for 45 minutes catching up. Paul was a GREAT guy and I came back and told everyone I had bumped into him and how well he was doing.

I just can't believe he's gone so soon. Rest well,...

I have forgotten most of my math teachers because I never liked math, with the exception of Mr. Dugan's classroom. He made math fun! I have been teaching now for 21 years in DeSoto, I saw Mr. Dugan just a couple of years ago and told him how much he influenced how to be a great teacher and to make learning fun. My sympathies to the family in your loss. Just know his influence lives on in the students I touch.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with the Dugan Family. Our memories of David where through Juan and how much he loved the Dugan's. There are no words that can comfort your loss all we can say is: Have faith in God He is our pilar and He will get you through this time of mourning. May Our Lord & Savior Bless you and comfort you.

Paul was probably the kindest man we've ever known. He was an incredible friend, an inspiring educator, and one of the very best bus drivers that Duncanville ISD Transportation ever had. He impacted so very many lives. He was a gentleman, and a very, very good man. We were blessed to know him and work with him. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Dugan family. Heaven is an even nicer place now; Paul's smile and kindness will make it so.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Dugan family at this time of great loss. I was a student of Mr. Dugan's 32 years ago at Reed Jr. High, and my son followed me, having Mr. Dugan as a teacher 14 years ago. We both have fond memories of what a wonderful teacher he was. So easy-going, fair, understanding and a delight to learn from. My son has a special memory of Mr. Dugan when he was driving the school bus. Duncanville has lost a very special teacher in Mr. Dugan. I know that the...
