DUNCAN, Paul Taylor - Age 91, of Clio, passed away Monday, October 24, 2011 at Cranberry Park Assisted Living. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be at Flint Memorial Park at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions in Paul's memory to the Parkinson Foundation. Paul was born in Wisemantown, Kentucky, the son of the late Joseph and Betty (Taylor) Duncan and had resided in the Clio area most of his life. He was joined in marriage to Letty Remender March 15, 1946 and she preceded him in death January 22, 2008. Paul answered the call of his country and served in the US Marines during WWII and the Korean War. He was employed by Christman Company for over 50 years, retiring in 1984. He is survived by daughters, Deborah and husband James Alex, and LeeAnne Duncan; son, Jeffrey and wife Patricia Duncan; grandchildren, Waleed Samarah, Wael Samarah, and Wallah Samarah, Robert Lilly, and Kelly Muncy, and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by sisters, June Busha and Mary Crockett Duncan. Please share your condolences at hansenfuneralhome.net.
