My condolences to the extended Fay family!! I had the pleasure & honor to meet "the Commissioner" in Sept of 2023 at Leo Landers 95th birthday party! My conversation with Paul was if we had been friends for years!! Certainly made my day and some lasting memories!! Thank you Paul for making the world a better place! Lucky are they, whom he shall be with again!! May he rest in peace!!
