Paul Leo Fleischmann

I met Paul on a Windjammer cruise and sailed on several cruises with him. I visited him in FL many times and know he was a very special guy. I have received many whistled Happy Birthdays from him as well. We shared a birthday month and I am missing his call now. I know he cherished his children and grandchildren and he missed his wife every day. I am sad to learn of his passing, but will think of him on a sailing ship somewhere in the Caribbean enjoying a rum swizzle.

I was with Mr. Fleischmann on several occasions and did feel many of the kind attributes listed in these rememberances. The very best gift I received from him was his spectacular daughter, Carla--- and the family that grew from her... He was a treasure demonstrated through his children, grandchildren and the grand community of friends he left behind. Comforting wishes to every one of you.

What a wonderful man he was! Never lost his sense of humor. Had the pleasure of meeting him and getting to know him. Sending love to his wonderful family.

Bumping into Carla and her Dad in Panera was always a wonderful memory.
