Paul H. Gabriel

I want to express my deepest sympathy for "The loss" of Paul Gabriel. Mr. "Gabe" was like a second father to me. I will always remember his laugh and humor. I want to express my sadness to my dear friends! To Mrs. Gabriel, Kevin and Delaine and Jerry for their loss.
I know that he is teeing it up in heaven now. "Hit em long and straight Mr. Gabe". I will miss you!
I'll have a regular, no onions, a few peppers on white! Chips and tea, too!!

My thoughts and prayers go out to Mrs. Gabriel, Kevin and his family, and Jerry and his family.

Mr Gabriel gave my first job and my first raise. He was always so good with the customers. He understood the importance of good customer service and took it to the next level by making them feel like a friend. He treated his staff with the same level of importance. The Gabriel's subs are my gold standard for subs. No other's compare.

To the Family: I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of Gabe. My deceased Husband, Burt, loved him dearly. So many stories I have to reflect back about time spent with Doris and Gabe. My Love, Prayers and Thoughts are with all of you. Katherine Bornstein

I can remember the first time I ever went to Babriels Sub Shop back in 1975 with my father while attending Edgewater High School. They were and still the best subs in Orlando. Mr. Gabriel was always so friendly. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE FRIENDS. I WILL NEVER FORGET GABE. MY WISHES FOR HIS FAMILY ARE TO REMEMBER HIM AS I WILL, WITH SMILES AND ADMIRATION.

So sorry for your loss. I worked for Paul way back in 1965 and he was a great boss. We still frequent the sub shop and he will be missed. All his family is in our prayers.

Sincere condolences to Kevin and the Gabriel family. I've enjoyed Gabs famous subs for over 54 years. Remember when I was just a little girl going to the old shop at Edgewater & New Hampshire with my parents. Gab your legacy lives on through your children and grand children. Thank you for the BEST sub on earth! You are missed by many.

Sincere condolences to Kevin, Jerry, & Family. Even @ 63 yrs. of age I can still see, smell, & taste those delicious Subs your Dad made for us College Park boys back in the 50's & 60's @ the old shop on Edgewater & New Hampshire..... He, & they will be missed greatly.... He was a wonderful man..
