Not sure what to say?

dear jean, and the family and friends of paul, i knew paul for decades since the 1960s, as a fellow jazz enthusiast. his knowledge of the music was incredible, he had astute insights into many artists, the history of the music, and a keen ear for the nature, quality, and creativity of all styles of music, including jazz, classical, the american songbook, popular, and so many others in between. he was a supporter of innumerable jazz artists and venues, and even personally advocated for...

Jean, I am so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I always enjoyed his sharing in our class dinners. You had many good years together. May he rest in peace.

Profound.

Jean and family. I am very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. We were friends from tots to now and worked together on all our class reunions class of 1062. He will be missed by so many.

My heart is broken but the millions of happy memories of mostly inappropriate adventures with Paul bring a smile to my face. Love to Jean and God Speed and safe travels at Sea, Paul xx

Paul was a gentleman of the highest order. I would occasionally see him at the various clothing stores, and his iconic record store. Let's not forget the Water Street Grill. It was always a joy to share a bit of banter with him. Those were the days.

Sincerest condolences to Paul's family. I went to high school with Paul. He had a great sense of humor and was always willing to help if anyone needed anything. He'll be missed very much by hias friends and family. Rest in peace Paul.

Had the pleasure of working with Paul at Kelly´s. A true gentleman and very knowledgeable person . RIP my friend. Jim Bacon
