Paul F. Gibbons

My condolences to the Gibbons family. I worked with Paul at Silver Burdett Ginn from 1988 to 2004. I always enjoyed his humor and his stories. He had a remarkable ability to connect with his customers and they appreciated his sincerity. I learned much from him about how to listen to the customer, and focus on their needs. May the many fond memories of Paul bring you a measure of comfort during this time of sadness, and always bring a joy to your heart.
