Not sure what to say?

I´ve loved watching your passion for cooking on Hell´s Kitchen. You were an all around nice guy and very decent to your costars on the show. You made black jackets don´t ever forget that, even in heaven . From one Italian to another you had a beautiful gift as a beautiful, passionate person. I´m so sorry you weren´t able to continue living your life

So sad to learn of this amazing chef's untimely passing. Did not know him personally, but watched him on Hells Kitchen. My condolences to his whole family.

Wanted to see Paulie thriving, after watching reruns of Season 16 HK, so looked him up. I´m so saddened by finding he passed so young. Please know he made a difference in this world, and there´s more love out here for him than he ever could have realized. RIP fine young man

He was my favorite contestant in Season 16! RIP Paulie G, you will be missed man.

I didn't know Paulie personally. But I thought he was the most impressive person on Hell's Kitchen and I'm deeply saddened by the news. My condolences.

I only know you from watching Hell's Kitchen. You made it very far in the competition. There are ups and downs, but it does not make you a bad person. Now you're with Rachel, Keith and Aaron Song in Heaven's Kitchen.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
