I worked for Paul when he was a relief lieutenant at #3-Early in the early 70's. He was always very kind and helpful to rookie officers. Paul was a decent and dedicated man. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Worked with "Tall" Paul as we used to call him at the 4th District back in the 70's. Remember him as a good man and excellent supervisor. My condolences to his family.

Please accept my sympathy on the passing of Paul. I worked for Paul on the MPD. I also played handball with him at the Eagles Club. Paul was a wonderful man and fun to work with. I have many good memories working for Paul. May he rest in peace. Until we meet on the handball court agin.
