This comes as very sad news for myself and the Turgo family. My mother, Waverly, and all of our family want to extend our heart felt condolences to Paul's immediate family and mourn his loss with only the fondest of memories. "Papa Paul" was a very active part of our lives and his kindness has touched us all in so many ways. We are enriched by knowing him and feel privileged to have been a part of his life. He will be sadly missed.
