Thinking of you today!! Paul

Miss you, Paul. I remember when you took me out to dinner, and to the opera. What a night. I was honored that you invited me and Wally to your home in Wonder Lake. Such a day will never be forgotten. On my 70th birthday, August 27th, I will be thinking of you. With much love from here to heaven. If you were here, we'd have lots to talk about. Love, Dizey.

Paul & his partner sat behind us at the opera on Monday nights. Seeing them was just as wonderful for me as seeing the opera. Paul was so charismatic and more than charming. He could see the beauty in everyone and everything around him, and would share this view with us. His partner was shyer but definitely added to Paul's warmth and magnetism. I always looked forward to seeing them; they left such a glow in me. In fact, we kept our Monday series tickets so that we could see them. Now...

Paul was a full of love, humor and beauty. He was a talented interior designer, but more than that, he knew how to make you laugh. He called me 'Dizey' and DiNann, and took me to dinner, and to the opera, and invited me to his cabin in Wonder Lake. He attended my wedding, and we had many long talks about life. He was caring and always had a smile on his face. His clients worshiped him. I was so sorry to hear I missed his memorial service which happened ironically enough on my 65th birthday....

You were the light in many people's life. So many wonderful memories. Until we meet again..Love you!

Uncle Paul lived live to the fullest. He was the ultimate family storyteller with a great sense of humor. . He lives in our homes because he put his golden touch in our homes with his flair and great style. He will live in our hearts because he never failed to let us know how much he loved us or how much he cared for each of us. He will be missed. Until we meet again, goodbye to a fabulous person, man and Uncle. We love you dearly.
