I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

It has been one of the greatest joys of my life to be able to call Paul my grandfather. I was able to share holidays, trips to Canada, and family get togethers with a man who showed more love for his family then you could ever imagine. He was the most caring, humble, sweetest man you could have ever met. If you needed anything, he was always there, no questions asked.

A couple of things I remember about a man who was as fierce a competitor as he was to laugh. Fortunate were those who were lucky enough to know him. Truly blessed were we who call him family. Dear Aunt Velma and Family,
