My deep condolences in this time of loss. Paul was both a mentor and role model as I transitioned from practicing clinical medicine to health system leadership and research in the mid-80s. He was ahead of his time in so many ways and his support was pivotal. His legacy as a clinician, leader, and mentor is broad and deep. With my best wishes
