Paul C. Gross, 93, of Beaver Springs, Pennsylvania, owner and operator of Gross's Store in Beaver Springs for 27 years, died at Evangelical Community Hospital on Thursday, April 5, 2001. Calling hours are scheduled for Sunday, April 8, 2001, 4-9 p.m., at Aurand Funeral Homes, 326 West Market Street, Beavertown, Pennsylvania. The family will receive friends on Sunday, 7-9 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, April 9, 2 p.m., at Christ Church, Beaver Springs, officiated by the Rev. David Meckley. Interment will be at Adamsburg Cemetery, Beaver Springs. A Masonic service is scheduled for Sunday, 8:30 p.m., at the funeral home. Memorial donations are appreciated to Christ Church, Beaver Springs, PA 17812.
Paul was a great friend and an outstanding citizen. A Great Scoutmaster, too. It was an inspirsation to have his interest and encouragement all my life. May Sarah and the family find comfort in their faith in Jesus Christ whom Paul so well served.
