Not sure what to say?

Great Great man, I met the Honorable Judge Harkey in the 90s I was so impressed I asked if I could meet him, he said yes and invited me to his chamber, wow was I blessed to be in his presence, showed me a map with all the places he had been and each place had its on story, I thanked him and we shook hands, he gave me a copy of a judge’s 10 Commandments which I still have , God bless you and your family, what a great man , he did all this for a young black man.

With my deepest condolence to the family for he will most definitely be missed. Keep your Faith and Trust in the Lord for he will see you through these difficult and hard times. Know that you are always in our thoughts and prayers.

Judge Harkey,
He was a very sweet and caring person. I meet him a long time ago when I was a kid up there visiting my mother and everyone else at OHA. He was so sweet to me, he would always take time out of his day to talk with me and show me his big coins that he had, and his train...he gave me 2 big coins that I treasure and still have to this day. He will be missed.

I worked with Judge Harkey at the North OHA office for a number of years and thought alot of him. He was a very nice man and a very good judge. He will truly be missed by the people that knew him. My prayers and thoughts are with his family.
