In our lifetime we meet people that leaves a positive expression of love and concern and Paul was one of them. Cherish the moments spent with him. He will be sadly missed by all of us.

I served with LtCol Harrell, here at Travis Air Force Base, in the Air Force Reserve with the 349th MAW. He was soft spoken and kind. He treated everyone with respect and his smile was genuine. My sincere sympathy to his loving family. He will be missed.
