He was the brother to my husband James Burrell also known as stumpy whom also passed June 16 2016

Paul was one of a kind ~ in a good way. Always happy, with a joke or a kind word at the ready and that deep laugh. I haven't seen him since he closed the Bait shop but will always remember him fondly. My condolences to his family and friends. God Bless.
