With complete fondness and disapointment in my heart I share my immediate thoughts of enjoying being paul's childhood friend and being warmly welcomed by his family on the farm and making music with paul in their basement, very loud whole house vibrating music. I especially remember being invited to share dinner with the Hayward family on many occasions and preciously remember Grace being said before each meal...

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Hayward and Karen. This is Joy (Tackman). Hope you remember me. Just called home now and my mom told me that Paul passed away. I was 16 when I fell in love with Paul. I loved his dog, "Killer" too! Paul was everything to me. I will always keep a place for Paul in my heart. He was my first love. I wish life wasn't so cruel. My phone number is: (860) 440-0847 Please call me....I'd like to talk to Karen, too. Hope your all doing fine. Love, Joy

My thoughts and prayers are with Pauls family in your time of grief. Sorry for your loss. May the good memories bring you comfort. Paul was always the prankster with that grin you never forget. God Bless. Peace and Love.

I remember Paulie when we were all just kids working on the Hayward Farm back in the early-mid 60's, riding the tractor, picking and processing potatoes and all. Thank you God, I can still have a memory of Paulie. You have my deepest condolescence. Peace be with you at this timeof grief.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Hayward family. Like most said "it seems like yesterday". Paul was a friend to many. I hope that soon fond memories will replace the sadness you are feeling today. So many familiar names and friends of Paul's that I have not seen in years!
