Paul Hecht passed away. The obituary was featured in The Gazette on May 6, 2011.
I’m just learning of this much later than when it happened but Mr. Hecht was my grade 11 teacher at RWA. He taught me math better than anyone and I credit him for my aptitude in that subject to this day. He helped me in ways that were transformative and I’ll always remember him. My condolences to the family.
