Not sure what to say?

My wife Polly and I believed this world lost such a wonderful man. Please look down on us from Heaven and bless us.

The good Reverend watched over us who
inhabited his Church on Saturday afternoons from
his lofty height and helped us into more
spiritual insights.

He was our friend and protector for many, many years
at Faith in East Hartford. My tears were shed when he retired,
now more since I just found out he has joined our Lord.

To the Henry Family,
We were saddened to hear of Pastors passing. Pastor was a special man who had a great impact on our family. He officiated at our wedding and had funny things to say to relax us and started us laughing. Our children attended Sunday school, etc. Pastor always had guiding words for us which were profound and helpful.
With our sympathy,
Henry and Denise Sailer
(Faith Lutheran)

My sympathies to you Carolyn and family on the passing of Paul. Having known him since 1976 when I joined Faith Lutheran, I have many memories of his faith and sense of humor. Andy and I were married by Paul. Paul helped me to get a job at Lutheran Services! I'll miss his smile. Peace, Heide Weise

May the God of all comfort sustain your family during the days ahead Psalms 119:76

Carolyn:

Please accept our condolences on the death of your husband Paul. Although you moved from Rochdale to Charlton shortly after we moved to Rochdale, we enjoyed Paul's presence at the functions we attended while you were still there. He was open and friendly to everyone and entertained all with his stories.

Sincere sympathy to you and your family.

Carol, we are so sorry for the loss of your dad.
Please relay our deepest sympathies to your mom and siblings.

It was such a blessing and joy to have Paul as part of our Parish at Christ Church, Rochdale. He 'hung up his stole" after leading worship during my maternity leave. I was so grateful he was able to assist while he did--it made maternity leave and vacation easy, because I knew we had such a good pastor present.

I treasure the books, cloak, and decorations he shared with me. Such a great support in my first call as solo-pastor.
