Paul, you were a wonderfully nice guy. I was appointed to the HFD shortly after you retired. You also provided me with the opportunity to rent an apartment at Whiting Farms Road, as a returning veteran of the Vietnam War. You helped me to readjust to civilian life, which eventually allowed me to transition to home ownership.

You will be greatly missed by all who knew & loved you.You would always make me laugh with a new joke everytime I saw you.You said you missed singing with my mom(Esther your sister)who left us early in life.I know you are both singing together again! And that makes me smile....Love Sharon
