Mr. Higgins,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of Paul. It certainly has been a long and difficult road for Fred and his family. But I think we can take comfort in knowing that Paul is now in a better place, enjoying a round or two of golf, and watching his beloved Red Sox.
