Not sure what to say?

I played basketball with Paul at St. Michael's in 1962 & 63. Our coach, Bill Smith for St. Mike's, told me about Paul's accomplishment at St. Bona. I had a crush on Paul's sister. I used to pick veges for Paul's Dad. So sorry to hear about his passing.

Hoffie was not only a fellow teacher - he was a Great friend - a brother!! I always enjoyed our breaks together! He made me laugh -always smiled no matter the day!! I'm sure he left a lasting impression on his students as he did anyone who knew him!! He was a Great guy - he loved his kids- his family - his friends!! He was always there for u no matter what!! He will be Greatly missed & loved!!! Carol Ensell

Condolences to you and your family. Great SBU guard.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

You were my teacher and coach but most importantly my father. We will cherish the memories and will never forget the man you are. love you.

You were my second dad Hoffie Lots of memories RIP

Gonna miss you Hoff, you were there the summer of 1987, for two months I had to go to Strong Memorial for MRI treatments, you took me everyday and not one complaint , even tho you were the Step father, you Stepped up when no one else did, and that's means a lot, gonna miss you buddy, rip Jason

Hoffie had a heart of gold and my friendship with him was one of the best things that came out of the merge. When he subbed at school, I loved his visits to my office. He was an amazing man who will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.

You were one of kind, Hoffie.
