Paul was a staunch supporter of Northampton's Daley & Halligan Committee, an organization inspired by two innocent Irish immigrants executed in 1805 for a crime they did not committ. The organization supports justice for immigrants of all religious, racial and ethnic backgrounds. Paul was an active member who spoke eloquently and passionately for our organization values. He will be long remembered and much missed at our meetings and ceremonies. Safe home, dear friend.

I am sorry for your loss. Paul was a good man. I met him in the late 80s early 90s we work together On a housing development in West Holyoke. We got to know each other pretty well and whenever he would come over my house he would give my kids the change in his pockets. He said it was a tradition. My kids loved it. They always got so excited to see him. Fast forward 30 years later my daughter and granddaughter ran into Paul and sure enough he gave the granddaughter his change. My daughter...

Paul was my first basketball coach and one of my favorite Boy Scout leaders. I learned a lot from him and will always be thankful for the time he dedicated to myself and others. You generosity will not be forgotten. Rest in Peace, Mr. Hogan.

Paul has been a wonderful neighbor of mine for many years.
His leadership at the Holyoke AOH made me proud to join and
be involved with the AOH.
I will miss him greatly but I am so grateful to have known him.
