Not sure what to say?

Mr. and Mrs. Irish have always been the closest to grandparents I have ever known. They were so loving and giving. They treated my sister's and I like their own grandchildren. I always loved our July visits to Bethlehem for Mr. Irishs birthday. I fondly remember the late night bridge matches, visits to the theater (The Mousetrap), and most of all our visits to The Saucon Valley Country Club.
Mr. Irish, the fastest walker in the East, is a great man with a great sense of humor and...

They say that parents are your best teacher in life. While I did not get to know Paul, I have known Tom, his son, for 25 years. If Tom learned about Life from his Dad, then his Dad did a good job. Tom and his wife Karen have been great friends to us for the better part of our lives. Our thoughts are with you.

Paul was a great man. He spent several Christmas Eves at our house in past years and we always enjoyed having him here. He was a good friend to Grandma Emily and we all sorry for your loss. Prayers to Paul as he looks over all of us now.

To the Family of Paul Irish,
Paul and Rosemary were our neighbors for almost 16 years when we lived at the parsonage of Bethany United Church of Christ at 7th and West Markets Streets. It was such a joy for us to have the pleasure to live next to them as they were ideal neighbors and friends. God bless you and comfort you at this time of the death of Paul.
Sincerely,

The staff of Hospice Saint John give their condolences to Paul's family and friends. He lived with such energy and vitality, and he was very happy at Kirkland. We are glad that his time of confusion is now over and he has entered his eternal home. Please let us know if we can do anything more,
Chaplain Kathy Brearley
