Not sure what to say?

I worked with Paul for many years at the Roanoke Post Office. He was a nice guy with a sweet spirit. He always had a warm smile and a good story to tell. He gave so much and touched so many lives. He will be missed in this world by all who knew him, but I am sure is receiving a grand welcome in Heaven. God bless you Paul, and thank you for your friendship.

I was saddened to read of the passing of Paul Johnson. It was more than 21 years ago that I worked with Paul at the Roanoke Post Office. His humor was unending. He loved to play with words and language. I often went down the hall to his desk for the greatest conversations. All will miss him.

We will miss your exhuberant smile and great laugh!! Some of your "church buddies".... Frank and Pat Linkenhoker

I am so sorry about the loss of a wonderful guy. My husband and I were neighbors of he and Dottie many years ago in Vinton. I remember all the games of pinochle that we all played together many nights. He was always such a positive person with a very caring heart for everyone.
Heaven will be getting such a gift with a soul like Paul. God bless his family and know he will truly be missed.

I didn't know him well as was a neighbor for only a few months but he always brighten my day with his smile and caring words. God put him here and I feel he certainly served His purpose. I thank God that "Sarge" came into my life.

One of the finest men I have ever know. His wit, humor and gentle manner will be greatly missed. God Bless you Paul as the Good Lord must have needed a good bowler on his team in heaven.

Unfailingly pleasant. Can't beat that. Just a great guy. We'll miss him in the bowling league. -- Doug Doughty
