I'll always remember he had a smile on his face! May he rest in peace.

We met Paul through a friend and soon found we knew many of the same people due to Dorchester connections. We're deeply sorry to learn of his passing and offer our prayers to his family and friends.

I have such fond memories of Paul when we were kids in grammar school. RIP my friend.

Paul Joyce is the epitome of loyalty. If he considered you a friend, you had his loyalty. It became even stronger if you were family. He spoke glowingly of his sons and loving wife. I loved to watch him interact with young police officers as he taught them the ropes. There's no way to measure how many fellow officers learning the profession that Paul has helped out. Paul was a great man with a dry but funny sense of humor and a warm friendly smile.I had the honor of working with him for a short time, and it was a pleasure to know him. My prayers go out to the Joyce family and to his friends, who were many. Heaven gained an amazing angel!
