Not sure what to say?

I knew Paul from the BC Legal Assistance Bureau, where Paul volunteered in its first two years, and served as its President in Year 2. I am not surprised that he went on to such an illustrious career and helped so many.

My memories of Paul revolve around wonderful ones, along with our high-school chums from all around Brighton, MA, We played 'serious' games of flag-football in the street next to his home, on Oakland St. throughout those high-school years and I and those same friends, were blessed to see Paul and Ellen married at their wonderful wedding! We briefly bumped-into each other only on 2 more occasions in the next 25 years, before my work and career, with Our Lord's guidance, caused me and my...

Dear Marty, My heart goes out to you all. Having worked closely with Marty and Paul for over 8 years I witnessed first hand the brilliance, dignity and strength Paul exemplified. He will be missed dearly. With my deepest condolences and respect. Love, Paulette Rigo (Needham MA)

To Marty and the extended Kane family: Your dad is a great loss to the legal profession to his colleagues, and to the many clients he served so well. He appeared before me many times in the Norfolk Probate and Family Court always well prepared and a zealous advocate. He was the consummate professional, alway courteous to his opponent, to the court and to its staff. His sense of humor and twinkle of the eye was a joy to behold. He will be missed by all who were fortunate to have known him.

To Ellen and the entire family....This is sad news and yet brings lots of wonderful memories of the Ennis/Kane families. Having grown up with the Ennis Family and watching my Family and the Kane Family, this is such sad news for me. Paul and Ellen were wonderful examples for their children and Paul was a brilliant attorney who gained respect from anyone and everyone who knew him.

Marty and the Kane family. It is with a heavy heart to hear the sad news of your Dads passing. God Bless you and your family.

To the Kane Family: Please accept my deepest sympathies. I had the great pleasure of meeting Paul over 35 years ago, as a student Law Clerk with Judge Sweeney. Judge Sweeney wanted me to learn by watching great lawyers try cases, Paul was one of those lawyers. Paul was some one, who believed in giving back, I got to see his efforts at Franciscan Children's Hospital. He touched many lives in so many ways and each is the better for it. You are in my thoughts and...
