Read MoreI was a lowly drafting aide in the conduits section of the highway maintenance division of what was then the bureau of utility operations. It was the summer of 1970 and 1971. He was very patient with a kid who had no real skills but who was willing to update conduit maps and perform pre-excavation clearances. Happy to be able to remember him here.

Paul I was thinking about you two days ago to tell you about the conduit system here where I live in Ohio. Owned by the companies who install them. My street has been dug up 4 times in the past year. I was shocked to read your Obit this morning. Rest in peace Paul !!!
