Read MorePaul was a fine man and neighbor. We often met as we checked our mailboxes and would always stop and have a chat. He shared his faith many times and spoke so lovingly of his wife who had passed. One time I took care of his cat and he gave me a tour of their lovely home and so of the cat's hiding places. Paul was a very fine man.

Goodbye to my classmate and breakfast buddy. Paul lived his life well. He and Sally raised four children and there were several grandchildren. Paul always said that he was most proud of his family. Rest well, old friend

To the Kern family. I was quite saddened to receive the news of Paul´s passing. I have know Paul since I was in 4th grade when my parents moved a block away from the Kern family. Paul was a devoted Christian man. He lived his life by God´s word and he and Sally raised their children as God loving individuals. Paul´s death will leave a big whole in our hearts as well as Grace UM Church. Prayers for strength and comfort.
