Not sure what to say?

Great individual. Sorry we did not get to spend more time together. Still remember being Santa.

Paul was a great neighbor and friend. Beautiful wife and children. I hope all is well with them.

I pray that the God of all comfort will comfort you all as he comfort me in my time of need.

Deann, I pray God's spiritual blessing to you and the girls that you will be blessed with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly places.

Dear Lanier family,
I heard just last night of Paul's passing via the UT Houston Med School newsletter. I first met Paul 27 years ago at SFA, then attended med school with him, and subsequently residency at S&W. As an upper classmen, Paul was always a great help to me as a source of information and inspiration throughout college and med school. I am so very sorry for your loss, and extend my utmost sympathy.

Santa Claus with cowboy boots.....I wonder if the girls remember. We are so sorry that we were so far away and could not see all.....Our prayers and wishes are with you all.

Deeann,
Just heard of your tremendous loss, I too read Pauls book and was so blessed. No words can bring you comfort at this time, but love and prayer from all over can. I feel sure that right now your faith is what is holding you tight. Your a very special and blessed family. I will continue to pray for you all.
In Christ,

Aunt Marilyn, Mark, De Ann, & girls,
I know that all of you know that this time of separation will pass and you will be one day reunited with Paul. I hear he had a wonderful memorial and regret I could not be there. Look to the day when all of the suffering will in nowise compare to the Glory that we will forever behold - for this life is but a vapor - but the next is forever.

Dee - Just a reminder that you and your girls are loved and prayed for daily. I wish I had the words to comfort you, but I do know the one who can just as Paul did - God is and has and will always take care of you - The one thing that sticks out in my mind , after reading Paul's book< Paul wrote: "Is there anything that God can not handle" that has helped me through so much - because the answer is No and your wonderful husband and friend knew this. I am so glad he had you. SandyMcMurray
