Dearest Evon,

While I am sad to hear of Paul's homegoing, I am thrilled that he is with the Lord he loved so much. I remember vividly the conversations we would have about Christ and family when I attended Immanuel. When Paul spoke of you specifically, his eyes would light up a city block! He loved you so very much. What a decent man Paul is.

Evon and family Having just heard of the passing of Paul, we wish to extend our sympathy and condolences to you and your family. I worked with Paul for many years in the same Dept at Fisher Body, and considered him a very good and trusted friend, and very knowledgable about his job and could always go to him for advice. Dear Evon and family, I read of Paul's passing in the Journal on the internet. I am sorry you are having the pain of losing someone you loved so much. I lost Dick last year, so I know how difficult this time is for you. I have many fond memories of our Brookwood days so many years ago. Now John Karraker, Dick and your Paul are gone, they were all good men, and desrerve eternal peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Mary Jo Schawe

I remember Mr. Laubenstein as my cub scout leader many years ago. I'm saddened to read of his passing. My deepest sympathy and wishes of comfort are with you and yours.

We are so sorry for your loss of your beloved Paul, but rejoice with you that he is at peace with his Lord. Our family has wonderful memories of Paul from those years that we were your neighbors on Hermay. Kennie Adams here Paul. My what great memories of you, me & Fisher Body. Remember when I gave my heart to Jesus while at Fisher? 4/20/53. I then became a new creature in Christ, just as you had done. I never looked back Paul,
taught middleschoolers almost 40yrs.

To Aunt Evon, Randi, Chris and Todd, know we are thinking about you and your families during this difficult time. We will miss Uncle Paul's stories, ideas and laughter. Know our thoughts and prayers are with you all and the entire family. Tho his voice was silenced these past months, we hope those that have gone before will simply greet Uncle Paul and say "Hi Paul."
