Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I knew Paul from living in Grace Hall at Notre Dame. I remember Paul as a kind, gentle soul who always had a smile on his face.

Every Sunday morning I still look through the door of the FIT PIT expecting to see my friend, but I don't. Then a sadness comes over me as I remember why. No one to make I have that strong morning coffee there for. I miss you ya Gentle Giant!

Where do you start when talking about an Extraordinary Man!!! You were a Role Model to many People including Myself. The only thing that's sets my mind at ease is 2 Things. 1 is that your up there With Grandma and Grandpa and my Mom and the 2nd is that you knew I Loved you....Yoou were Loved by Many people and the Pain we all feel is Unreal. You Did alot of Wonderful things while you were With us But now it's time for you to finally get that Rest you always talked about Uncle your Shift is...

I am Sorry to hear about your dad Jessica and Ryan. He was such a good man and wonderful physician . You should be very proud of him always for he touched so many in such a kind and positive way throughout his short time here. My prayers are with you both.

People often talk about making a difference in others' lives. Paul Lester lived that philosophy. He was truly the kindest doctor I have ever had the privilege of working beside. I only worked with him for a short time, but in that short time he had such an impact on me and we remained friends over the years. He lived the life we all should aspire to live. He made the difference we all should attempt to make. I already miss so much our bantering back-and-forth about baseball. He was loved...

My heart goes out to Dr Lester's family, friends- all of us who loved him. He was truly a special person who touched so many in his time here on earth. I will never forget his smile, the way he laughed at my corny jokes (I tried to always have one ready for him), our breakfast conversations, his love for his family, and the kind caring way he treated everyone. Dr Lester made this world a better place for so many. We are blessed to have known him.

I'm so glad you got the Porsche <3 Heather from the Lab

I was so sad and shocked to hear of Dr Lester's passing. What a class act! I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to work at St Clare with him. As a hospital operator he always made me feel his equal. He always would tell me I was his favorite when I was the operator on duty even though I'm sure he said it to others, I felt pretty darn special! I would also tell him he was my favorite and I sure meant it. Thank you for your kindness Dr Lester I will miss you.. ...

Sad to hear. Went to high school with Paul but did not know him well. My mom was admitted to St. Claire late in her life and Paul was one of her attending physicians. He represented Bellarmine well. My loss for not knowing him better. Peace to his family and friends.
