Not sure what to say?

Whenever I think of Paul, it brings me back to a time when things seemed simpler. A bunch of "Joes" getting together the sun was up to assemble the soccer fields at East middle school. The dark silence was always broken with Paul´s distinct laugh or him barking out an order or three. And this was 2 fields over! The good ones have gone too soon but they are saving us a seat!!

Machado Family, We are so sorry for your tremendous loss. A loss that is felt by his many friends and the Braintree Community. With Deepest Sympathy. Chuck, Jane, Kristin and Matthew Bagley

Dear Machado Family,
We are so saddened to hear of Pauls' passing. Paul was a selfless man who dedicated his life to his family and community. We have so many fond memories of Braintree National Youth Little League games and endless summer travel ball, that we hold close to our hearts forever. May the love and prayers of all the lives he has touched comfort you during this time.

Helene and kids;
So very sorry for your loss, as this was way too soon.
Worked with Paul in both baseball and soccer when our kids were small. Tons of good memories as he was a fixture on the fields, and was the "Commissioner" of Braintree sports as far as I'm concerned, always unselfish with his time. I will miss seeing him around town,as had become a custom with us. Saw him just last month. God Bless Paul, he will be missed.

I am very saddened to hear of Paul's passing, but feel very blessed to have known him! There were many EARLY Saturday mornings setting up the soccer fields at East, many of them the sun hadn't come up yet. You wouldn't see him but the voice was distinctive: "Is that you Paul?" "Yeah!" I can still hear his voice.
Paul will be sorely missed!! Our family's sympathy goes out to the Machado family.
Save us a seat at the table Paul.

So sorry for your loss, Paul was a gem! Braintree Youth Soccer lost a integral part of their program....prayers for your family during this tragic time....much love, Tammy Firicano

It was a pleasure to coach at BNYL when Paul was the President. He did so much for the league and was always helpful and fair. He always asked for my boys when ever I ran into him the many times at the Mobil. He will be missed. Respectfully, Steve & Joyce Donovan, Steven Jr and Martin
