As a neighbor here at Farmington Chase, I will always remember his bright smile, his warm greetings, and the genuine interest he showed in everyone he met. I got to know Paul when he ran and was elected to the Town Council. Always with an eye out for the town and a sense of humor that helped ease the hard times. Rest in Peace.
