Not sure what to say?

Maria & Family,
I just heard about the passing of Paul. I am so very sorry for your loss and know that there is not much one can say at a time like this that will make you feel better. Hold on to the memories of him very close. His love will live on in you for eternity.

Dear Elaine, Maria & Matt,

I'm so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I always enjoyed seeing Paul's smile in the mornings, back when we were Ridge St. neighbors, you were just starting up the bakery in your kitchen, and I was doing the Waterbury bread runs.

Paul will be missed. My thoughts are with you!

Dear Elaine,

Marion and I were deeply saddened to hear of Paul's passing; what a shock, and loss.

While time and distance has separated us all, we remember all the good times together.

I remember in Mrs. Sargent's English class where we had to read MacBeth, and reading that 'life is but a walking shadow, and then is heard no more'. In Paul's case, he will be heard and remembered, as he will live in our memories and in our hearts.

Sincerely hope...

Dear Elaine, Matt and Maria,
I was very sad to hear about Paul's sudden and unexpected departure. He was such wonderful man and neighbor.
I will never forget the welcome you all extended to me and my family when we became your neighbors more than twenty years ago.
I like to offer my heartfelt condolences to you. Paul will be greatly missed.
Sincerely, Johannes Otter

"Dear Manghi family, I send my love and sincere condolences to you. I was devestated to hear of Paul's death. He was a wonderful man and friend to me. My heart and prayers go out to you."

Dear Elaine, Maria and Matt,

I am stunned by the sudden loss of Paul... what a wonderful man, what a wonderful family. I can only imagine your pain and loss, Elaine, after so many years together... my heart goes out to you. Paul will live forever in our memories as the sort of person it is a privilege to know.

Peace to you all, Michelle, Sophie and Stella

Dear Elaine and Family,
We are so saddened by your sudden loss of Paul. He gave us the kind, quiet stuff of your bread while, Elaine, you gave us the sweet toppings.
In his weekly stop for sandwich bread, Steve forced himself to go through the doors of your bakery last week with Paul's apron (so appropriate)tacked to the outside door. He knew there would be a large and tall empty space where Paul used to move in the background. Yet Steve needed to see you and express our...

Elaine, Maria, Matt and Family, please accept our sincere condolences during this time of deep sadness. We didn't know Paul well, but one couldn't help feeling his gentle spirit and kind heart. You are all in our prayers.

The Schaarschmidt Family

I just got back from Japan to this sad news. What a wonderful man Paul was. I send heartfelt condolences to Elaine and their children.
