Remembrance note of Paul Markowski I am stunned that my best friend from youth is gone. We were inseparable from elementary school through high school. Then, we lived completely separate lives so far from Hicksville. I went to sea and he worked his way up the corporate ladder at IBM. I knew he was successful and had a wonderful family.
