Dear Mrs Ross,

I'm very sorry to learn of the loss of your Dad. While I did not know him, it is apparent from his obituary that he was a true American hero and a wonderful human being. I'm sure he will be greatly missed!
I had hoped to attend your Dad's wake and funeral, unfortunately, when I saw you Sunday, I had forgotten that I had another appointment.
Please know I'm thinking of you, David, and your family.

I am so sorry for your loss. My name is Leigh and I am a nurse with Dr. Shepro. Paul shared so many wonderful stories with us over the years. He will be sadly missed by so many. He was always smiling and happy and had a great love for life. My deepest sympathy to your family and friends.
