I remember Thomas setting off a cherry bomb during our graduation ceremony in high school as our principle was extolling Thomas's virtues. A grand exit.

I met Col McDonald when I was a medical student and came to Letterman for a rotation. It is because of Col McDonald that I returned as an intern to LAMC and I had many career discussions with him and feel that he was integral for my career choice in Anesthesiology. In case you were wondering (after my first message) ..your grand mother, Rose, was my father´s sister. Betty Lou was my first cousin. I recall that you had curly blonde hair.

Art Pavlish sent me a copy of Paul´s obit. I am very sorry for your loss. Perhaps you remember the week(?) you and Dick spent at your grandmother Rose´s house with my brother Brice and me when we were very small. We visited the Palmer House and were entertained by some guy dressed like an American Indian. I used to have the PH picture but seem to have it no longer. Best wishes for your future.
